A&R Manager

The manager will assist the artist, advising him on marketing and musical stuff, *he will manage all the other figures who help artist's growth.

Graphic Designer

The graphic designer will be responsible for creating the cover-art to each official release and any related content such as spoilers or trailers.

The photographer will be employed to create content to consolidate the artist's image and give him new photo to post to generate hype before the release.

Pr & Media relation

The communication with televisions, radios, newspapers, magazines and Spotify playlists of private users is extremely important for every artist. 44Ent ensures the press office for each release to each of its artists
